પાન ચઢૈ ફૂલ ચઢૈ ઔર ચઢૈ મેવા।
Betel is offered, flowers are offered, and dry fruits;
લડ્ડુઅન કા ભોગ લગે સંત કરેં સેવા॥
laddoos are your feast; the saints serve you.
અંધન કો આઁખ દેત કોઢિન કો કાયા।
You give sight to the blind and a whole body to the leper;
બાઁઝન કો પુત્ર દેત નિર્ધન કો માયા॥
a son to the childless, wealth to the poor.
'સૂર' શ્યામ શરણ આએ સફલ કીજે સેવા।
Sur says: dark one, I come to your shelter — make my service fruitful.
