Your kundli, cast in your browser
The lagna, the nine grahas with their sign, degree, nakshatra and dignity, the navamsa and the dasha you are running, drawn the North, South or East Indian way. The same ephemeris as the Kalava app, held against it to a thousandth of an arc-second.
Worked out in your browser. The birth you type is not sent to Kalava or anyone else, and nothing is stored.
What a kundli is
The sky at the moment and place of a birth, cut into twelve houses from the sign rising in the east. The Moon's sign is the rashi and its star the nakshatra.
Why the town and the minute
The rising sign turns through all twelve in a day, about one degree every four minutes. Without the time, the houses are counted from the Moon.
How it is computed
Lahiri ayanamsa, the mean node, Vimshottari from the Moon, the navamsa by the sign's quality, and dignity on BPHS's ladder: exactly as the app reads a chart.
