hear back.
Common things
A date looks wrong for my town
Tell us the day, the town and what your own panchang prints. Kalava computes dates from
astronomy for the place you have set, so a disagreement is worth chasing — and it is fixed for
everyone without waiting for an App Store release.
A day my family keeps is missing
Send its name and your tradition. The year grows with what households actually ask for.
My purchase is not showing
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear,
write to us and say which Apple ID was used.
Moving to a new phone
With iCloud switched on, your record follows you: install Kalava and it will be there. A
subscription restores through the App Store with the same Apple ID.
Something is in the wrong language or script
Tell us the screen and what you expected. Kalava is read and heard in one language at a time,
and a line falling back to English is a gap we want to know about.
Managing a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: on your device, open
Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal;
what you have already paid for runs to the end of its term.
