सुर-मुनि-पूजित गणनायक की॥
We offer adoration to the leader of the divine hosts, who is given puja by celestials and venerable sages alike.
एकदन्त शशिभाल गजानन,
He is the one-tusked, elephant-faced one whose forehead is adorned with the crescent moon.
विघ्नविनाशक शुभगुण कानन।
He is the annihilator of all obstacles and an abundant forest of auspicious virtues.
शिवसुत वन्द्यमान-चतुरानन,
He is the divine son of Shiv ji and is revered even by four-headed Brahma.
दुःखविनाशक सुखदायक की॥
We revere Him who dispels every sorrow and graciously bestows true joy.
ऋद्धि-सिद्धि-स्वामी समर्थ अति,
He is the all-capable sovereign lord of Riddhi (prosperity) and Siddhi (spiritual attainment).
विमल बुद्धि दाता सुविमल-मति।
Possessing an immaculate intellect Himself, He is the gracious giver of pure wisdom.
अघ-वन-दहन अमल अबिगत गति,
He incinerates the dense forest of sins, remains taintless, and moves in unfathomable divine ways.
विद्या-विनय-विभव-दायक की॥
We glorify Him who bestows sacred knowledge, humble demeanor, and righteous prosperity.
पिङ्गलनयन, विशाल शुण्डधर,
He has striking tawny eyes and bears a broad, majestic trunk.
धूम्रवर्ण शुचि वज्रांकुश-कर।
He has a smoke-hued complexion, holds the sacred thunderbolt and the goad in His hands, and is entirely pure.
लम्बोदर बाधा-विपत्ति-हर,
Large-bellied Ganesh ji removes every hindrance and protects those who keep him from calamity.
सुर-वन्दित सब विधि लायक की॥
We offer puja to Him who is venerated by the gods and is fully competent in every way.
