He is the annihilator of all obstacles and an abundant forest of auspicious virtues.
śivasuta vandyamāna-caturānana,
He is the divine son of Shiv ji and is revered even by four-headed Brahma.
duḥkhavināśaka sukhadāyaka kī.
We revere Him who dispels every sorrow and graciously bestows true joy.
r̥ddhi-siddhi-svāmī samartha ati,
He is the all-capable sovereign lord of Riddhi (prosperity) and Siddhi (spiritual attainment).
vimala buddhi dātā suvimala-mati.
Possessing an immaculate intellect Himself, He is the gracious giver of pure wisdom.
agha-vana-dahana amala abigata gati,
He incinerates the dense forest of sins, remains taintless, and moves in unfathomable divine ways.
vidyā-vinaya-vibhava-dāyaka kī.
We glorify Him who bestows sacred knowledge, humble demeanor, and righteous prosperity.
piṅgalanayana, viśāla śuṇḍadhara,
He has striking tawny eyes and bears a broad, majestic trunk.
dhūmravarṇa śuci vajrāṁkuśa-kara.
He has a smoke-hued complexion, holds the sacred thunderbolt and the goad in His hands, and is entirely pure.
lambodara bādhā-vipatti-hara,
Large-bellied Ganesh ji removes every hindrance and protects those who keep him from calamity.
sura-vandita saba vidhi lāyaka kī.
We offer puja to Him who is venerated by the gods and is fully competent in every way.
