नमो देव्यै महादेव्यै शिवायै सततं नमः ।
नमः प्रकृत्यै भद्रायै नियताः प्रणताः स्म ताम् ॥
namo devyai mahadevyai shivayai satatam namah namah prakrityai bhadrayai niyatah pranatah sma tam.
We bow to the Devi, to the Mahadevi; we bow always to Shiva, the kind One. We bow to Prakriti, to Bhadra; with minds held steady, we bow to Her.
रौद्रायै नमो नित्यायै गौर्यै धात्र्यै नमो नमः ।
ज्योत्स्नायै चेन्दुरूपिण्यै सुखायै सततं नमः ॥
raudrayai namo nityayai gauryai dhatryai namo namah jyotsnayai chendurupinyai sukhayai satatam namah.
Again and again we bow to Her who is fierce, to the Eternal One, to Gauri, to Dhatri who upholds all; we bow always to Her who is moonlight, whose form is the Moon, who is joy itself.
कल्याण्यै प्रणतां वृद्ध्यै सिद्ध्यै कुर्मो नमो नमः ।
नैरृत्यै भूभृतां लक्ष्म्यै शर्वाण्यै ते नमो नमः ॥
kalyanyai pranatamriddhyai siddhyai kurmo namo namah nairrityai bhubhritam lakshmyai sharvanyai te namo namah.
Again and again we bow to Kalyani, to Her who is increase to those who bow, to Siddhi; again and again we bow to You, Nairriti, the Lakshmi of the kings of the earth, Sharvani, consort of Shiv ji.
दुर्गायै दुर्गपारायै सारायै सर्वकारिण्यै ।
ख्यात्यै तथैव कृष्णायै धूम्रायै सततं नमः ॥
durgayai durgaparayai sarayai sarvakarinyai khyatyai tathaiva krishnayai dhumrayai satatam namah.
Always we bow to Durga, who carries us across every hardship, to Her who is the essence of all and the doer of all, to Khyati, to Krishna, to Dhumra.
अतिसौम्यातिरौद्रायै नतास्तस्यै नमो नमः ।
नमो जगत्प्रतिष्ठायै देव्यै कृत्यै नमो नमः ॥
atisaumyatiraudrayai natastasyai namo namah namo jagatpratishthayai devyai krityai namo namah.
Again and again we bow to Her who is most gentle and most fierce; again and again we bow to the Devi who is the ground of the world, to Her who is action itself.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु विष्णुमायेति शब्दिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu vishnumayeti shabdita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings and is called Vishnumaya: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु चेतनेत्यभिधीयते ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu chetanetyabhidhiyate namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings and is called consciousness: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु बुद्धिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu buddhirupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as understanding: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु निद्रारूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu nidrarupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as sleep: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु क्षुधारूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu kshudharupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as hunger: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु छायारूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu chhayarupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as shadow: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु शक्तिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu shaktirupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as shakti: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु तृष्णारूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu trishnarupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as thirst: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु क्षान्तिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu kshantirupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as forbearance: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु जातिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
ya devi sarvabhuteshu jatirupena samsthita namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namah.
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as birth and kind: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.

नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as modesty: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु शान्तिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as peace: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as radiance: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.

नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as Lakshmi, good fortune: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु वृत्तिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as activity: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as memory: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.

To the Devi who dwells in all beings as compassion: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु तुष्टिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
Yaa Devii Sarva-Bhuutessu Tusstti-Ruupenna Samsthitaa | Namas-Tasyai Namas-Tasyai Namas-Tasyai Namo Namah ||24||
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as contentment: I bow to Her, I bow to Her, I bow to Her; again and again I bow to Her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु मातृरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
yā devī sarvabhūteṣu mātr̥rūpeṇa saṁsthitā . namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namaḥ .
To the Devi who dwells in every being as the mother — we bow to Her, we bow to Her, we bow to Her again and again.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु भ्रान्तिरूपेण संस्थिता ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
yā devī sarvabhūteṣu bhrāntirūpeṇa saṁsthitā . namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namaḥ .
To the Devi who dwells in every being even as its bewilderment — we bow to Her, we bow to Her, we bow to Her again and again.
इन्द्रियाणामधिष्ठात्री भूतानां चाखिलेषु या ।
भूतेषु सततं तस्यै व्याप्तिदेव्यै नमो नमः ॥
indriyāṇāmadhiṣṭhātrī bhūtānāṁ cākhileṣu yā . bhūteṣu satataṁ tasyai vyāptidevyai namo namaḥ .
She presides over the senses of all beings and over all the elements, and is ever present in every creature — to that all-pervading Devi we bow again and again.
चितिरूपेण या कृत्स्नमेतद्व्याप्य स्थिता जगत् ।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥
citirūpeṇa yā kr̥tsnametadvyāpya sthitā jagat . namastasyai namastasyai namastasyai namo namaḥ .
She who, as consciousness itself, fills this whole world and abides in it — we bow to Her, we bow to Her, we bow to Her again and again.
स्तुता सुरैः पूर्वमभीष्टसंश्रयात्तथा सुरेन्द्रेण दिनेषु सेविता ।
करोतु सा नः शुभहेतुरीश्वरी शुभानि भद्राण्यभिहन्तु चापदः ॥
stutā suraiḥ pūrvamabhīṣṭasaṁśrayāttathā surendreṇa dineṣu sevitā . karotu sā naḥ śubhaheturīśvarī śubhāni bhadrāṇyabhihantu cāpadaḥ .
Long ago the devas praised Her for the refuge She gives, and Indra served Her day after day. May that Ishwari, the cause of all good, do us good and bring us blessings, and strike down our troubles.
या साम्प्रतं चोद्धतदैत्यतापितैरस्माभिरीशा च सुरैर्नमस्यते ।
या च स्मृता तत्क्षणमेव हन्ति नः सर्वापदो भक्तिविनम्रमूर्तिभिः ॥
yā sāmprataṁ coddhatadaityatāpitairasmābhirīśā ca surairnamasyate . yā ca smr̥tā tatkṣaṇameva hanti naḥ sarvāpado bhaktivinamramūrtibhiḥ .
She to whom we devas now bow, scorched by the arrogant asuras; She who, the moment She is remembered by those bowed low in bhakti, destroys every one of our troubles.
