आधारभूते चाधेये धृतिरूपे धुरन्धरे।
ध्रुवे ध्रुवपदे धीरे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
ādhārabhūte cādheye dhr̥tirūpe dhurandhare. dhruve dhruvapade dhīre jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
You are the ground and what rests on it, steadiness itself, the bearer of every burden; firm, the abiding place, the steady One — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
शवाकारे शक्तिरूपे शक्तिस्थे शक्तिविग्रहे।
शाक्ताचारप्रिये देवि जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
śavākāre śaktirūpe śaktisthe śaktivigrahe. śāktācārapriye devi jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
You in whom all is stilled, You who are power, who dwell in power, whose very form is power; O Devi who loves the way of Shakti — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
जयदे जगदानन्दे जगदेकप्रपूजिते।
जय सर्वगते दुर्गे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
jayade jagadānande jagadekaprapūjite. jaya sarvagate durge jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
Giver of victory, joy of the world, the One the whole world offers puja to; victory to You who are in all things, O Durga — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
परमाणुस्वरूपे च द्व्यणुकादिस्वरूपिणि।
स्थूलातिस्थूलरूपे च जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
paramāṇusvarūpe ca dvyaṇukādisvarūpiṇi. sthūlātisthūlarūpe ca jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
You are the smallest particle and every pairing of particles; You are the vast and the vaster still — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
सूक्ष्मातिसूक्ष्मरूपे च प्राणापानादिरूपिणि।
भावाभावस्वरूपे च जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
sūkṣmātisūkṣmarūpe ca prāṇāpānādirūpiṇi. bhāvābhāvasvarūpe ca jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
You are the subtle and the subtler still, the breath that goes in and the breath that goes out; You are what is and what is not — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
कालादिरूपे कालेशे कालाकालविभेदिनि।
सर्वस्वरूपे सर्वज्ञे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
kālādirūpe kāleśe kālākālavibhedini. sarvasvarūpe sarvajñe jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
You are time and all that time holds, its sovereign, who sets apart the right hour from the wrong; You are all things and know all things — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
महाविघ्ने महोत्साहे महामाये वरप्रदे।
प्रपञ्चसारे साध्वीशे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
mahāvighne mahotsāhe mahāmāye varaprade. prapañcasāre sādhvīśe jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
Great obstacle and great zeal, great Maya, giver of boons; the essence of the world, Queen of the good — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
अगम्ये जगतामाद्ये माहेश्वरि वराङ्गने।
अशेषरूपे रूपस्थे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
agamye jagatāmādye māheśvari varāṅgane. aśeṣarūpe rūpasthe jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
Beyond reach, the first of the worlds, Maheshwari, most beautiful; You of endless forms, present in every form — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
द्विसप्तकोटिमन्त्राणां शक्तिरूपे सनातनि।
सर्वशक्तिस्वरूपे च जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
dvisaptakoṭimantrāṇāṁ śaktirūpe sanātani. sarvaśaktisvarūpe ca jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
Eternal One, the power of the seventy million mantras; You whose form is every power — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
तीर्थयज्ञतपोदानयोगसारे जगन्मयि।
त्वमेव सर्वं सर्वस्थे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
tīrthayajñatapodānayogasāre jaganmayi. tvameva sarvaṁ sarvasthe jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
The essence of pilgrimage, yajna, tapas, giving and yoga, You who are the world; You alone are all, and in all — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
दयारूपे दयादृष्टे दयार्द्रे दुःखमोचनि।
सर्वापत्तारिके दुर्गे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
dayārūpe dayādr̥ṣṭe dayārdre duḥkhamocani. sarvāpattārike durge jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
Compassion itself, whose gaze is compassion, tender with compassion, who frees from sorrow; who carries us across every misfortune, O Durga — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
अगम्यधामधामस्थे महायोगीशहृत्पुरे।
अमेयभावकूटस्थे जगद्धात्रि नमोऽस्तु ते॥
agamyadhāmadhāmasthe mahāyogīśahr̥tpure. ameyabhāvakūṭasthe jagaddhātri namo'stu te.
You who dwell in the abode beyond reach, in the heart of the greatest of yogis, unchanging beyond all measure — Jagaddhatri, we bow to You.
