oṁ jaya jagadīśa hare, svāmī jaya jagadīśa hare.
Om, glory to You, O Hari, Master of the world; O Swami, glory to You, O Hari, Master of the world.
bhakta janoṁ ke saṁkaṭa, kṣaṇa meṁ dūra kare.
You take away the troubles of Your bhaktas in an instant.
jo dhyāve phala pāve, duḥkha binase mana kā.
Whoever holds You in dhyana gains the fruit, and the sorrow of the mind is ended;
sukha sampatti ghara āve, kaṣṭa miṭe tana kā.
joy and plenty come into the home, and the pains of the body end.
māta pitā tuma mere, śaraṇa gahūm̐ maiṁ kisakī.
You are my mother and my father; whose refuge should I seek but Yours?
tuma bina aura na dūjā, āsa karūm̐ maiṁ jisakī.
Without You there is no other in whom I could place my hope.
tuma pūraṇa paramātmā, tuma aṁtaryāmī.
You are the whole and perfect Paramatma; You dwell within and know every heart;
pārabrahma parameśvara, tuma saba ke svāmī.
You are Parabrahm, You are Parameshwar; You are the Master of all.
tuma karuṇā ke sāgara, tuma pālanakartā.
You are the ocean of compassion; You sustain all;
maiṁ mūrakha khala kāmī, kr̥pā karo bhartā.
I am foolish, wicked and full of desire — have mercy on me, O Sustainer.
tuma ho eka agocara, sabake prāṇapati.
You are the One, beyond the reach of the senses, the Master of every life;
kisa vidhi milūm̐ dayāmaya, tumako maiṁ kumati.
how shall I, of poor understanding, reach You, O Merciful One?
dīnabandhu duḥkhahartā, ṭhākura tuma mere.
Friend of the lowly, remover of sorrow — You are my Master;
apane hātha uṭhāo, dvāra paḍā tere.
lift Your hand to me; I lie at Your door.
viṣaya vikāra miṭāo, pāpa haro devā.
Wipe away my cravings and faults, and take away my sins, O Deva;
śraddhā bhakti baḍhāo, saṁtana kī sevā.
increase my faith and bhakti, and my service to the saints.
