જો વ્રત કરે તુમ્હારા, પાર કરો નઇયા॥
Whoever keeps Your vrat, You carry her boat across.
સબ જગ કી હો માતા, તુમ હો રુદ્રાણી।
You are the mother of all the world; You are Rudrani.
યશ તુમ્હારા ગાવત, જગ કે સબ પ્રાણી॥
Every living thing in the world sings Your praise.
કાર્તિક કૃષ્ણ ચતુર્થી, જો નારી વ્રત કરતી।
The woman who keeps the vrat on Kartik Krishna Chaturthi —
દીર્ઘાયુ પતિ હોવે, દુખ સારે હરતી॥
her husband lives long, and You take away all her sorrows.
હોએ સુહાગિન નારી, સુખ સંપત્તિ પાવે।
She stays a suhagan, and finds happiness and plenty.
ગણપતિ જી બડે દયાલુ, વિઘ્ન સભી નાશે॥
Ganpati ji is very kind; He takes every obstacle away.
કરવા મૈયા કી આરતી, વ્રત કર જો ગાવે।
Whoever keeps the vrat and sings Karwa Maiya's aarti —
વ્રત હો જાતા પૂરન, સબ વિધિ સુખ પાવે॥
