एकादश्यामुपवसन् द्वादश्यां परतोऽहनि।
ekādaśyāmupavasan dvādaśyāṁ parato'hani.
Having stayed without food on Ekadashi, on the day that follows, on Dwadashi —
भुञ्जेऽहं पुण्डरीकाक्ष शरणं मे भव प्रभो॥
bhuñje'haṁ puṇḍarīkākṣa śaraṇaṁ me bhava prabho.
I eat, O lotus-eyed one. Be my refuge, my Lord.
अज्ञानतिमिरान्धस्य व्रतेनानेन केशव।
ajñānatimirāndhasya vratenānena keśava.
Blind as I am in the darkness of not knowing — by this vrat, Keshav,
प्रसीद सुमुखो नाथ ज्ञानदृष्टिप्रदो भव॥
prasīda sumukho nātha jñānadr̥ṣṭiprado bhava.
be pleased, turn your face to me, and give me the sight that knows.
