जपाकुसुमसंकाशं काश्यपेयं महाद्युतिम् ।
Red as the hibiscus flower, son of Kashyapa, great in radiance,
ध्वान्तारिं सर्वपापघ्नं प्रणतोस्मि दिवाकरम् ॥
enemy of the dark, remover of every fault: to Divakara, the maker of the day, I bow.
