హరివరాసనం విశ్వమోహనమ్
The abode of Hari's grace, who enchants the whole world,
హరిదధీశ్వరం ఆరాధ్యపాదుకమ్ ।
Ruler of every direction, whose sandals are worthy of puja,
అరివిమర్దనం నిత్యనర్తనమ్
crusher of foes, ever dancing —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥

in that Deva, the son of Hari and Hara, I take refuge.
శరణకీర్తనం భక్తమానసమ్
He whose praise is the cry of saranam, who dwells in the hearts of those who love Him,
భరణలోలుపం నర్తనాలసమ్ ।
who delights in keeping the world, and loves to dance,
అరుణభాసురం భూతనాయకమ్
radiant as the rising sun, leader of the bhutas —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥
౨ ॥
in that Deva, the son of Hari and Hara, I take refuge.
ప్రణయసత్యకం ప్రాణనాయకమ్
true in His love, the master of every breath,
ప్రణతకల్పకం సుప్రభాఞ్చితమ్ ।
a wish-granting tree to all who bow, shining with a lovely light,
ప్రణవమన్దిరం కీర్తనప్రియమ్
the temple of Om, who loves to hear His praises sung —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥
౩ ॥
in that Deva, the son of Hari and Hara, I take refuge.
తురగవాహనం సున్దరాననమ్
who rides the horse, whose face is beautiful,
వరగదాయుధం వేదవర్ణితమ్ ।
who bears the noble mace, praised in the Vedas,
గురుకృపాకరం కీర్తనప్రియమ్
who grants grace as a guru does, who loves His praises sung —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥

in that Deva, the son of Hari and Hara, I take refuge.
త్రిభువనార్చితం దేవతాత్మకమ్
to whom the three worlds offer puja, the very self of the devas,
త్రినయనప్రభుం దివ్యదేశికమ్ ।
the three-eyed Prabhu, the teacher of the devas,
త్రిదశపూజితం చిన్తితప్రదమ్
honoured by the devas, who grants what is longed for —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥

in that Deva, the son of Hari and Hara, I take refuge.
భవభయాపహం భావుకావకమ్
who takes away the fear of worldly life, who protects those who love Him,
భువనమోహనం భూతిభూషణమ్ ।
who enchants the worlds, adorned with vibhuti,
ధవలవాహనం దివ్యవారణమ్
whose mount is white, a divine elephant —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥
౬ ॥
in that Deva, the son of Hari and Hara, I take refuge.
కలమృదుస్మితం సున్దరాననమ్
with a soft, sweet smile and a beautiful face,
కలభకోమలం గాత్రమోహనమ్ ।
His lovely form anointed with kalabham,
కలభకేసరీవాజివాహనమ్
who rides the elephant, the lion and the horse —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥

శ్రితజనప్రియం చిన్తితప్రదమ్
dear to those who take shelter in Him, who grants what is longed for,
శ్రుతివిభూషణం సాధుజీవనమ్ ।
the ornament of the Vedas, the life of the good,
శ్రుతిమనోహరం గీతలాలసమ్
delightful to hear, who loves song —
హరిహరాత్మజం దేవమాశ్రయే ॥
