સીસ મુકુટ, કાનોં મેં કુણ્ડલ અતિ સોહે।
A crown on His head, earrings shining in His ears;
શ્યામવર્ણ શશિ સા મુખ, સબકે મન મોહે॥
dark of hue, His face like the moon, He wins every heart.
ભાલ તિલક સે ભૂષિત, લોચન સુવિશાલા।
His brow adorned with the tilak, His eyes wide and fine;
શંખ સરીખી ગરદન, ગલે મેં મણિમાલા॥
His neck like a conch, a string of gems at His throat.
અર્ધ શરીર જનેઊ, લંબી ભુજા છાજૈ।
The janeu across His body, His long arms graceful;
કમલ દવાત હાથ મેં, પાદુક પરા ભ્રાજે॥
the lotus and the inkpot in His hands, sandals shining at His feet.
નૃપ સૌદાસ અનર્થી, થા અતિ બલવાલા।
King Saudas, a doer of wrong, was a man of great might;
આપકી કૃપા દ્વારા, સુરપુર પગ ધારા॥
by Your grace he set foot in the city of the devas.
ભક્તિ ભાવ સે યહ આરતી જો કોઈ ગાવે।
Whoever sings this aarti with devotion
મનવાંછિત ફલ પાકર સદ્ગતિ પાવે॥
receives what the heart desires, and reaches the good state.
