कृष्णाय वासुदेवाय हरये परमात्मने।
To Krishna, son of Vasudeva, to Hari, the supreme self —
प्रणतक्लेशनाशाय गोविन्दाय नमो नमः॥
destroyer of the sorrows of those who bow — to Govinda, salutation again and again.
