1. Durga Shashthi

   Shashthi's forenoon belongs to the mothers: Ma Shashthi's puja at the ghat, the fan and the ghat water, and a turmeric thread on each child's wrist, before the one keeping the vrat eats.

2. Bodhan

   Durga Maa is awakened under the bel on Shashthi evening, before Her season, and invited to stay in the house.

3. Morning puja

4. Nabapatrika Snan
