Budh and Surya, lords of a kendra (1st, 4th, 7th or 10th house, Vishnu's seat) and a trikona (1st, 5th or 9th, Lakshmi's), are joined: a Raja yoga. Budh brings rise through trade, writing, accounts, law and communication; Surya, through government, authority and public leadership. It gives most in their dashas and sub-periods.
