The lords of the 1st, 4th, 7th or 10th and of the 1st, 5th or 9th — here Guru and Chandra — are joined: a Raja yoga, Vishnu's seat meeting Lakshmi's. Guru brings rise through teaching, law, finance, counsel and religious life; Chandra, through public life, care, food, travel and people's goodwill. It gives most in their dashas and sub-periods.
