The lords of your 8th (sudden change and hidden matters) and 12th (expenses and foreign lands) sit in each other's signs: a Dainya yoga of exchange (parivartana). Both lords rule difficult houses, so this exchange works the other way: one trouble cancels another (a reversed, Viparita pattern), and setbacks turn to gain.
