How to do the Sashti Viratham puja at home
Lord Murugan's Sashti in every month, the sixth day of the bright fortnight: a vrat through the day, the Kanda Sashti Kavasam, and the puja at dusk. About 60 minutes.
Every step is named here and the first 3 are given whole. The whole puja, every mantra with its meaning, is in the Kalava app.
Every offering one by one, the Shanmuga Kavasam beside the Kanda Sashti Kavasam, food given, and the next sunrise's parana for the vrat kept through the night. About an hour in the morning.
