Bathe and clean the mandir
The house wakes before sunrise, takes a bath with a little Ganga water, and cleans the mandir.
Take the vrat sankalp
A red cloth is laid on the altar for Radha Rani and Shri Krishna. The family takes water in hand and makes a sankalp for the day's vrat.
