Pushya

Born with Chandra in Pushya, the most nourishing of the stars, you are composed, careful and dependable — the one others trust with what matters. Shani's star in Chandra's sign gives you patience, thrift and a contemplative streak; you build slowly and what you build lasts. Positions of trust suit you, as do land, oil and minerals, the engineering of wells, bridges and dams, and quiet work behind the scenes. Watch the chest and stomach — worry settles there — and don't let caution harden into gloom.

The four padas

Pada 1 — Simha navamsha (Surya); names begin with Hu (हु). Patient, systematic and self-reliant; KP names positions of trust and the engineering of canals, bridges and water works.

Pada 2 — Kanya navamsha (Budh); names begin with He (हे). Prudent, careful, liked and well-off; KP names petroleum, drafting and dam building.

Pada 3 — Tula navamsha (Shukra); names begin with Ho (हो). Attentive and contemplative; KP names farming, wells and reservoirs, mines, and methodical posts of trust.

Pada 4 — Vrishchika navamsha (Mangal); names begin with Da (डा). Learned, virtuous and well-off; KP's Guru sub makes heads of departments and holders of trust.

Health

The chest and stomach: coughs and congestion, acidity, gastric ulcers and slow digestion; the skin (eczema). Worry goes to the stomach — eat on time — and see a doctor for anything persistent.
